On the morning of June 24, 2023, led by Zhang Jiming, Secretary of the CPC Lixin County Committee, Han Jian, member of the county party committee and executive deputy county magistrate, Qian Wei, member of the county party committee, propaganda minister and director of the county party committee office, Jiao Peng, deputy county magistrate, Wu Tipeng, deputy county magistrate, and other county party committee and county government leaders visited the GENOM Life Science and Technology Park project site for inspection and research. Dr. Li Liang, Chairman and President of GENOM Life Science Holding Group, and other group leaders accompanied the inspection and reported in detail on the progress of the project construction.
Secretary Zhang Jiming learned in detail about the project planning, engineering progress and safety production work, and coordinated on-site to solve the difficulties and problems that hindered the advancement of the project. Secretary Zhang emphasized that key projects are the "lifeline" of economic development, which is related to the people's livelihood and the overall development. All relevant departments should improve their ideological understanding and further enhance their sense of responsibility and urgency in project construction. It is necessary to refine the division of tasks, cooperate with each other, form a joint force, provide high-quality service and guarantee work, efficiently and accurately solve the bottlenecks and difficult problems in project construction, and comprehensively promote the quality, speed and efficiency of key project construction.
As a local key industrial project, the GENOM Life Science and Technology Park project will include Genom biological reagents, consumables production base, Zhejiang University-GENOM BIO Joint R&D Center, Genom cell storage base, gene diagnosis and treatment center, functional probiotic products and other industrial sectors.
