Basic Medical Research Program Design
Service process:
① Communicate with customers about existing research foundations and published papers, and clarify current research goals.
② Search for relevant papers in professional journals or top journals in the past three years based on the keywords provided by customers to clarify the novelty of the general direction; if the customer does not have a clear direction, it can be carried out according to the recommended current research hotspots.
③ Use public databases such as TCGA and GEO to screen molecules, pathways, cells, disease models and intervention methods of interest through bioinformatics mining. This part involves the search and screening of bioinformatics data sets, as well as the design of bioinformatics solutions and the final bioinformatics analysis, and the costs incurred are calculated separately (see below for details).
④ Propose the research goals of the first phase and design the corresponding research plan; the plan mainly includes purpose, grouping and processing and detection methods.
⑤ After the above research results meet expectations, continue to design the next phase of research plan; if the above research results are negative after multiple verifications, redesign a new plan, and the costs incurred are calculated separately.
Service scope:
① Basic research in the field of oncology, projects with scientific research goals IF≤10.
② Basic research in the field of non-tumor diseases, projects with a scientific research goal of IF≤5.
Charging principles and standards:
The required working hours (the minimum unit is 0.5 days) are comprehensively judged based on the customer's scientific research goals, novelty, time and other requirements. The general price is 1,500 yuan/day.
