Gentamycin is a broad-spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic independently developed by China. It is one of the few antibiotics that is relatively stable to heat and pH changes. Its sulfate is often used, and its antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of kanamycin. The mechanism of action of gentamycin is that it can irreversibly bind to the 30s subunit of the ribosome, inhibit bacterial protein synthesis, and destroy the integrity of the bacterial cell membrane to exert a bactericidal effect. Clinically, gentamycin is mainly used to treat a variety of bacterial infections, especially Gram-negative bacteria.
Precautions
1. This product is sterilized by 0.1μm filtration;
2. When using this product, pay attention to aseptic operation to avoid contamination;
3. This product is a concentrated solution, please dilute it as needed before use;
4. It should not be placed at room temperature or stored at 4℃ for a long time;
5. Thaw at 2℃～8℃, shake well before use, avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and it is recommended to be packaged and frozen when the amount is small;
